SustaTrace is a technology and information platform supporting supply-chain traceability and product-passport processes. It provides software-supported traceability, record management, evidence organization, and related technical functionality.

SustaTrace does not replace accredited verification bodies, competent authorities, official reporting portals, or the final legal and regulatory responsibilities of the reporting entity.

    Like other software platforms, databases, APIs, libraries, and information systems, SustaTrace and related components may contain bugs, defects, vulnerabilities, compatibility issues, data limitations, or other errors.

    Mersolution may publish updates, corrections, improvements, or new versions from time to time. However, Mersolution does not review, audit, certify, warrant, or assume responsibility for any specific product record, supply-chain record, product-passport entry, evidence package, integration, deployment, or other output created or maintained by a user or third party using SustaTrace.

    Users remain responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and independently assessing the accuracy, completeness, provenance, and lawful use of product, supplier, logistics, shipment, batch, lot, and traceability information maintained through the service.

  3. Third-party content and links

    This website may contain links to CarbonX3, CX3Scan, CarbonFi, CX3 Wallet, CX3 Green Chain, and other ecosystem or third-party services.

    These surfaces may be operated independently of Mersolution, may apply their own terms and policies, and may be subject to separate technical, security, regulatory, and legal requirements.

    Unless expressly stated otherwise, external services and linked resources are not verified, endorsed, certified, approved, or guaranteed by Mersolution.

    Mersolution is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or practices of independent third-party services to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

    Descriptions of planned features, future releases, integrations, technical capabilities, product-passport functionality, evidence infrastructure, ecosystem components, roadmaps, or development plans represent current intentions or expectations and may change without prior notice.

    References to CBAM, ESRS, CSRD, ISO standards, GHG Protocol, product carbon footprint, product passports, or other regulatory or technical frameworks describe supported workflows, information structures, evidence functions, or technical capabilities and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of regulatory acceptance, certification, accreditation, official verification, or compliance.

    The final interpretation and application of applicable laws, regulations, standards, contractual requirements, and official procedures remain the responsibility of the relevant organization and, where applicable, its professional advisers, accredited verification bodies, competent authorities, or other authorized parties.

  6. Conflicts of interest

    Mersolution Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., its officers, employees, or affiliated parties may participate in the CarbonX3 Green Chain ecosystem, including through technical development, infrastructure operation, validation, governance participation, or other ecosystem activities.

    Mersolution or related parties may also develop, operate, or provide technical infrastructure for products and services within the broader ecosystem.

    Where applicable, Mersolution seeks to distinguish technical documentation and factual descriptions from promotional or marketing communications.

    This general disclosure does not replace any specific conflicts-of-interest, governance, financial, or regulatory disclosure that may apply to a particular product or service.
